Leveraging Agile development, migrated nineteen disparate platforms utilized in 42 countries to a single standardized architecture reshaping the business and setting the new standard. Built an extensive IaaS infrastructure built on state of the art technologies from VMware, EMC/Dell and Cisco to provide utility like services to the broad spectrum of Monster subsidiaries reducing cost and increasing key up time statistics. Built an entire new search and match application stack at Monster utilizing Amazon Web Services and leading edge big data solutions (Hadoop, Redshift etc.). Implemented data tracking solutions capturing hundreds of millions of impression records per day allowing critical data to be consumed by business users in an efficient cost effective manner. Extensive experience managing large scale global instances of enterprise business applications including Oracle EBS, Salesforce.com and several other industry specific operations management systems. Leveraging extensive industry experience and keen negotiating tactics, significantly reduced operating costs while expanding the global footprint of these critical business systems.
