I'm a management professional who is very skilled in leadership development within organizations. I have spent the majority of my professional career involved in the development of programs within the Nonprofit sector. I specialize in residential services and day service delivery, educational training. staff development , mentoring/training for management personnel in the delivery of consistent and satisfactory customer services towards clients they serve. I have provided life skills counseling and employment development to adults and youth. I am also an inspirational presenter who has the ability to connect with the audience and deliver results to both our clients we serve and professionals in need of leadership development skills or motivational tools to inspire both themselves and others to achieve their own personal and management goals.
