Has attained a broad and thorough understanding of physical and virtual desktop infrastructure, Windows 10/11 & o365 services, telecoms and application support within the Financial Services and Outsourced Contact Centre industry sectors. Extensive experience in supplier management, ITSM, risk management and budget control. Broad range of knowledge in ICT governance, enabling the effective management and control of complex, integrated technologies. Proven ability to effectively manage a technical team and service, to support the full client lifecycle as well as technical consultancy. In my most recent role as a Senior Technical Manager within the Tesco Bank, I: • led the rapid transition of the end-user technologies and associated services from an office-based to a remote working business in response to the pandemic • during the pandemic we also migrated all sites and remote working colleagues to Windows 10 including a full hardware (laptop & desktop) refresh • developed, delivered and continue to evolve the strategic direction for end-user computing within the Bank • managed the Workplace Technology Team and service through an extremely challenging time as we all transitioned to the “new normal”
