• Over 16 years of progressive leadership and technical experience with a variety of information technologies including core IT infrastructure (such as desktops, networks, and data centers) and a multitude of other business applications • Project management on technically complex, local and global initiatives including an SAP upgrade and data center migration • Management of an IT project portfolio as a member of a divisional leadership staff • IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process implementation and compliance in a regulated environment • Leadership of remote and local technical teams that handle system administration, projects, application development, and end-user support • Budget development and management of up to $5 million per year • Vendor management across all facets of IT
