Brendan's expertise covers Technology Strategy, Technology Architecture and the Agile Technology Operating Model. He has held CIO roles in BT and, most recently, at Telefonica O2 in the UK and has held senior roles in a range of technology start-ups. His experience is in the areas of Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, Innovation and Agile Product Development and his focus is on how new technologies in areas such as eCommerce, BSS/OSS; 5G Networks; eCommerce and Marketing Technology; Data & Automation and IoT can play a major part in enabling the transformation of the telecommunications Industry. Brendan is passionate about developing skills for life and industry in young people and developing a more diverse technical and digital workforce in the UK technology industry from the top.
