Highlights include: • Leading business development efforts for the East River Science Park (now called the Alexandria Center) - a $700M, 1.1million sf life science center in New York City. Raised over $50M in public and private funds. • Overseeing the development and construction of the New York Genome Center’s $54M, 170,000sf LEED Gold certified laboratory and administrative facility. Assisted in obtaining over $100M in NY State funding. • Co-founding a healthcare mutual fund / hedge fund - ranked in the top 7% of all large-cap growth funds by Barron’s and out performed its peer group by 800 basis points. • Founding a first-of-its-kind complementary health care company addressing the management and prevention of chronic diseases. Raised $6M from private investors.
