I love leading great teams to design and build complex, data-centric software applications in life science and healthcare. I have spent the last 15 years of my career making biomedical data useful to those who need it most: researchers, providers, analysts, and decision-makers. I love the excitement and the purpose that comes from giving someone the tools to do something today that they couldn't do yesterday. I am happiest when I work at the intersection of data, software, product management, and customers. I have deep technical roots in genomic and clinical data integration for both research and molecular diagnostics. In recent years, I have focused on oncology precision medicine and real world evidence as VP of Product Development for Syapse. I am the rare person who can talk BAM files and VCF's to informaticsists, HL7 feeds with hospital interface personnel, patient care journeys with providers, and mechanisms of action with molecular biologists.
