Victoria has extensive knowledge of Marketing and Digital across the Australian and European markets. Her most recent experience has been with large multi brand successful fashion retailers leading numerous functions through organisational change including marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, customer care, digital design and studio, customer insights, merchandising, search and UX. A background in media gives Victoria the understanding of the importance of brand marketing coupled with ability to make all assets perform across multiple channels to drive results. Victoria is able to successfully deliver P&L expectations with a clear focus on sales, optimisation of marketing spend and delivery of exceptional multi channel customer experiences. She has led or been a key stakeholder in numerous strategic projects including launch of mobile / app using internal and external resource, new market entrances with multiple international sites and multichannel / never miss a sale initiatives. MBA degree qualified she is most comfortable with a considered test and learn approach in order to make informed decisions based on customer response. Her passion is managing high performing teams to deliver the best results for the business and for the customer.Victoria is enjoying being home in Sydney after more than six years in London. She is Secretary of Clovelly Nippers where both her children attend and is involved in twighlight sailing whenever possible.
