Like Sherlock Holmes, I employ keen observation to understand people's thoughts, motivations, feelings, beliefs, and behavior. But instead of a magnifying glass and an acerbic wit, my tools include qualitative and quantitative techniques, project management skills, data analytics, and a pleasant and thoughtful demeanor.
