I am a proven IT professional with over 20 year’s experience within the IT/Retail industry. I have shown dedication and loyalty working for the same company, during this time I have demonstrated versatility and career progression. The roles I have held range from Helpdesk, Desktop Support through to IT manager and more specialist positions project based.I have a passion for completing tasks and seeing an end product. I am diligent, hardworking, enthusiastic, diplomatic, punctual and honest. I take hands on dynamic approach to any task and like to deliver exceptional service in what every I do.I am passionate about making people I meet happy and pride myself on building relationships. I do this through my genuine natural calming approach and tend to take a positive view on anything life throws at me. I like to instill confidence in the people I am dealing with and offer an exceptional consultancy approach. This enables people to trust in my ability and know that they are in safe hands to get the project completed.From a personal perspective I am a fun & loving father. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my children who are my world and keep me very busy and entertained. To relax I often find myself spending time playing golf, cycling and spending time with my family. I am keen on fitness & health and enjoy spending time in the Gym. This keeps my mind active and healthy whilst also giving me discipline and drive keeping stress well behind me.
