The short version is that I am an edgy graphic designer, aspiring WordPress guru and part time raconteur who likes to push brand and design boundaries. The longer version is that I have been developing a wide variety of skills over the last decade of my life. I have worked as a Graphic designer, videographer, web designer, social media expert, branding officer, creative director, assisted living researcher, product designer, body piercer, music video director, animator, video editor, illustrator, gallery artist, blogger, podcaster, crowd funding campaign manager, photoshop tutor, motion graphics designer, iMac tutor, design lab tutor, project manager, crowd sourced creative director, wordpress tutor, universal usability specialist, typeface developer, massive website site mapper, and probably a number of other things I'm forgetting. People ask what I do and the generic answer is that I'm a designer, but the real answer, I feel anyways, is that I'm a creative problem solver. I've been approached with projects ranging from just a business card, to how to involve 120 people in the design of one music video, to developing a technological device that could help with assisted living situations, and I always come up with creative outside the box solution. When I was first approached by my colleague and co-founder on the SASM Institute he was just looking for someone to help handle design duties on a crowd funding campaign. I brought enough outside the box creative thinking to the table that he brought me in as a founder. Now we have a social network, a blogging platform, a brand, merchandise, 2 ebooks published and platform to build a community of like minded, intelligent, creative individuals on, in just a few short months. I'm here to connect with new people, find other creative projects that interest me and to continue learning and developing my most passionate skill, creative problem solving.
