I am an experienced Human Resources leader who helps companies accelerate strategic growth by building and scaling their people function. Working with innovative tech startups and multibillion-dollar global Fortune 500 companies, I have a wide breadth and depth of experience across people management, organizational design, and goal-based strategic planning and execution that makes me an invaluable asset to organizations looking to transform and evolve. Leading through change has been a mainstay of my career. As I progressed to senior leadership roles at Sony Ericsson and Sierra Wireless, I navigated through several mergers, acquisitions, and integrations by building new HR functions and proactively fostering a culture where people felt empowered to function at their best. I have built several high-functioning HR organizations by fostering a strong culture, connecting policies and operations with company goals, and ensuring business leaders have the tools they need to succeed through their teams. Most recently, I developed and oversaw the global HR function as Spoonflower, Inc. catapulted from an early stage startup to a nine-figure revenue business acquired by Shutterfly, Inc.
