During this time, I have marketed to many customers throughout the region, hired and mentored staff and developed Managers to oversee various business units as the business grew. I have untimate responsibility for all aspects of the business but focus primarily on sales, staff development and the financial aspects of the business.Specialties: Specialize in sales and marketing by building relationships with customers, identifying needs and crafting creative solutions. I have many tools such as assessments and training which can augment the staffing and recruiting experience.
