Global Technology Leader with 21+ years of experience in managing technology strategy and teams and enabling organizations to successfully roll out large scale digital transformations. I am passionate about understanding business problems and solving them with right technology solutions by utilizing my people, process & technology know-how, building amazing teams, focusing on key results, and quickly adapting to changes triggered by insights. Currently as a Vice President of Technology at Sony Pictures Entertainment, I create, scale, and optimize a multimillion-dollar Global B2B Tech Product Portfolio. I define my success by a) always keeping customer at the center of everything we do b) bridging strategy and execution effectively given constraints c) using data and insights to make right decisions and generate maximum value for the business I acquire, develop, and retain diverse talent.
