I am a proven strategic and operational leader who for the past 27+ years has enjoyed success in a variety of roles with in Sony Electronics. Currently the Senior Director of Service Platform Operations and Professional Imaging Support, I am proud to be a part of a team that is changing the industry of image capture and visual story telling. I am driven by innovation and change that aids those telling the stories and by delivery leading edge technology and support that assists. I have significant experience with in business development, B2B sales and post-sales support consistently achieving success in the areas of profitability, market expansion and customer retention. In 2016 I was inducted into Sony’s prestigious Samurai Society for outstanding contribution throughout my career. During the ceremony I was recognized as a “Dragon” for my well-meaning, kind and powerful leadership.
