I am a highly articulate senior agency leader with 25 years experience working at top tier London agencies with a focus in digital product and experience. My experience covers many verticals including retail, financial services, telecoms, travel, connected products/IOT, automotive and charities. I have an excellent track record in developing and implementing strategic new business plans, getting new products and services to market, managing 'C' level relationships and delivering significant financial growth to agencies. I understand the challenges facing agencies and can help equip agencies, their people, the processes and internal culture to be future-proofed for the rapidly changing landscape of agency/client world. Outside of work, I have an interest in the heritage and arts sector and am involved with a number of heritage based organisations. I sat on the National Trust London & South East Advisory Board for 4 years and was the founding member of Saltdean Lido CIC, a grade II* listed art deco lido in Brighton. I have been a NED with Transport for London (museum) and am currently a Director with the The Royal Pavilion and Museums Trust chairing the Enterprise Committee. I am regular contributor across the press commenting on digital transformation, business change, growth strategies, customer experience and technologies most recently for the BBC, the Guardian, City AM, Essential Retail, Retail Week and Financial IT.
