I have worked in the Law Enforcement field for the past 27 years. I am currently assigned as a Patrol Deputy for Caltrain. I provide law enforcement services for 77 miles of track. I have provided law enforcement services for contract cities along with unincorporated jurisdictions. I have transported inmates up and down the state. Along with conducting numerous extraditions of inmates from other state. I have testified as an expert witness in firearm. Yes, I've even been a bailiff..."All rise court is in session". I have transported numerous high profile inmates to court. I have developed an "action plan" to take an inmate to "Death Row". I am a Peace Officer Standards and Training "POST" certified Range Safety Officer, Taser Instructor, Dye Marker Cartridge Safety Officer, Pepper Ball Instructor and Armorer, a POST less than lethal instructor. I am certified by the National Tactical Officer's Association as an Active Shooter Instructor and Safety Officer. I am a Crisis Intervention Team member. I have even saved a nurse practitioner from a in custody mental health inmate who had taken her hostage. I have certifications from Smith and Wesson as an Armorer for their 3rd Generation pistols, M&P pistol and assault rifle platform. I have taught numerous Firearms Safety classes to civilians. I've instructed fellow Law Enforcement members in on going firearms certification. I have testified as an expert witness as in the area of firearms. Finally, the last five years I have been a Safety Officer for Urban Shield's Silver Command. Literally watching SWAT Officers from around the world compete in the events.
