Engineer by trade, innovator by choice, analytical but forward-thinking, insight-led and customer-oriented, I am all for technology with purpose rather than pushing tech for tech’s sake. Joined SmarTone in 1993, my roles have shaped business strategy and the company’s technology roadmap with a focus on innovation, network advancement and driving a multi-channel customer experience. Big believer of listen first, act second, being agile, flexible and passionate about building teams that deliver excellence. I am a member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology ("IET"), UK and a Chartered Engineer of the Institute of Electrical Engineers, UK. Also on the Advisory Committee on Electronic Engineering of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Innovation and Technology Support Programme ("ITSP") Assessment Panel (Information and Technology Subgroup) under the Innovation and Technology Fund.
