A retail industry veteran, Chris is currently the CEO for SmartFocus, provider of The Smart Cloud, Digital Marketing Platform. Previously, Chris served as both the CEO of Quantum Retail and as the senior executive in responsible for the development and delivery of Quantum’s solutions. He also drove the process that led to a successful sale of Quantum to the Versata Group.Prior to his return to Quantum, Chris was a Managing Director at Accenture where he led the Products Analytics organization in the UK and Ireland. Previously he was an Executive for Quantum Retail, a self-funded predictive analytics software company that he co-founded back in 2003 and grew to over $20MM, with premier customers in the US and Europe. Through his career he has worked directly, or indirectly with most of the top 100 retailers worldwide.
