I am a RESULTS-ORIENTED PROFESSIONAL who believes that people and innovative thinkers are the most valuable resources in an organization. Over the past 25 years, I have had the pleasure of working with people who, like myself, are VISIONARIES WHO GET THINGS DONE (a rare combination)! In my varying roles in education and business, I have had the unique privilege of seeking areas I am passionate about, envisioning what 'can be', and then making it happen. I AM NOT ABOUT 'BUSY WORK', I AM ABOUT PROGRESS AND RESULTS. I am also about VALUING PEOPLE, even in the most difficult of circumstances. For example, thankfully I have not had to fire many people over the years, but in those few instances a colleague once said "you are the only person I know who can fire someone and they leave thanking you." This statement was not about hiring or firing, but about the importance I place on SETTING EXPECTATIONS, ESTABLISHING CLEAR COMMUNICATION, AND, ABOVE ALL, VALUING PEOPLE. I am a STRATEGIC THINKER WHO THRIVES IN ENVIRONMENTS WHERE 'OUT-OF-THE-BOX' IDEAS ARE ENCOURAGED. I have a keen eye when it comes to simplifying and improving processes, always viewing those processes through both the organizational and end-user prospective (education/student or organization/client).
