I live a professional life split in 2. On one side, I have experience running large teams in a customer facing environment. On the other side, I'm a management consultant, driving strategic change in a business by identifying points of failure, designing and incubating solutions and then helping scale them. I apply a startup mentality to everything I do, always looking to test a theory, measure an outcome and iterate accordingly. During my time at Similarweb, I have: – Incubated: ‣ The professional services function (now a highly succesfull business in its own right) ‣ The product support function (now a team of 10+ people supporting thousands of queries) ‣ Built & scaled the solution engineering function into a high win-rate machine ‣ Built & scaled the customer success function to maximise product engagement ‣ Built a customer-facing engineering function, which evolved into Data-as-a-Service solution – Took over the enablement function, aligned stakeholders and transformed into a driver of change – Designed and ran a complex PMI process that netted a significant amount of revenue and personnel – Led by example, individually signing, growing and supporting 8 figures of revenue – Key stakeholder in multiple restructures as the business scaled I am passionate about driving meaningful change that produces a leap in performance beyond incremental gains from headcount growth. I love solving incredibly complex business problems by simplifying them down and creating alignment between everybody involved, bringing people together and getting them excited about change instead of fearful of it.
