Chief Operating Officer
Shift Magazine is an internet company that provides way for people to buy and sell used cars in the peer-to-peer market.
Left Google after 11+ years to join startup, Shift. Shift makes it easy to buy and sell used cars. Startup life is amazing... and we’re hiring. I enjoy building and scaling operations through elegant technical solutions. And working with smart people to make something better in the world. At Google I was an early product manager and co-founded the Access team; a cross-functional product, policy, and engineering team. The team evolved to Google Fiber, which is currently working to bring gigabit 'Fiber to the Home' to Kansas City, Austin and Provo, Utah. In wireless access, our team successfully lobbied to establish openness conditions on the 700 MHz auction (and bid $4.6B for the spectrum). My involvement in Access began with the deployment of a citywide muni Wi-Fi network covering the city of Mountain View, CA. In my spare time, I volunteer for San Francisco, surf baby waves and raise baby people.
