Nicole is a Manager within Accenture Digital's Customer Experience & Social (Media Optimization) group. She is a great connector of internal teams as well as cross-functional client teams; fostering long lasting partner relationships that will help companies reach their digital strategy and marketing objectives. On every project, Nicole inspires people to be creative and think outside the box when developing a north star vision, and then works collaboratively with stakeholders to create a tactical, phased approach outlining how they can get there. Her responsibilities include: - Conducting workshops with stakeholders across various functions, including: Digital Ops, Marketing, Analytics, IT, Creative, Advertising, Strategy, etc. to collect inputs for current state assessments and future state recommendations - Developing capability roadmaps to increase online acquisitions via Internet & Mobile Channels - Defining customer experience strategy and mapping out customer journeys to inform user experience re-designs - Performing detailed data analysis that will uncover new ways to target micro-segmented audiences through personalization, ultimately increasing on-site conversions and revenue - Creating multivariate and A/B tests for Test & Learn programs; sharing new data-driven insights across the business based on continuous experimentation and enhancements - Providing recommendations and sharing best practices for the design of data visualization dashboards (Tableau) to help executives more quickly interpret digital business performance trends vs. targets and make smarter business decisions - Facilitating presentations with senior leadership, presenting thought leadership and new capabilities that will help them reach the next generation of consumers - Defining Operating Model & Governance framework - Project Management Industry experience: - Entertainment - Consumer Packaged Goods - Retail - Personal Banking/Insurance - Capital Markets - Pharmaceuticals
