Paul has 20 years' experience in leading high-performing teams and delivering large-scale projects in the financial services industry. He is the National Head of Operations for Shadforth Financial Group where he has overall responsibility for the delivery of Shadforth's end-to-end client advice process and all operational staff. His career began with Westpac Banking Corporation where he undertook project management responsibilities. Upon leaving Westpac in 1999 he joined the Gannon Growden Schonell Group, a leading Western Australia Financial Planning business, as General Manager. In 2007, Paul was seconded from Gannon Growden Schonell to become a Project Manager for Shadforth Financial Group in the merger of several financial planning firms from around the country, including Gannon Growden Schonell. In 2010, following the completion of the Shadforth merger project, Paul took up the position of State General Manager for Western Australia for Shadforth Financial Group, and went on to become the National Head of Operations.
