I have the incredible opportunity to support the growth of E4E Relief from a department within the 6th largest Community Foundation in the US to a charitable social enterprise exclusively focused on employee disaster and hardship relief. With 20 years of experience building strategic programs, I spend my days partnering with compassionate companies, representing Fortune 1000, large Private and Mid Market corporations, to support their Corporate Social Responsibility & Philanthropic goals. Along with an incredibly dedicated team, we help corporations establish Employee Relief Fund programs to support and engage their employees during unforeseen situations, such as natural disasters or family emergencies. For the past 5 years, I have led the business development efforts of the organization doubling the number of corporate programs now reaching 2M employees. As with all start-up environments, we wear many hats. In times of high-volume, I also provide HR/staffing support for our Disaster Command Center. During my 16-year tenure with KPMG, I served as national sales enablement director and led a regional market development department spanning 10 offices, providing marketing and account management support. During that time I was fortunate to be nominated to participate in the inaugural class of Market Development Leaders’ Leadership Program which was a year-long program associated with Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Working with corporate Board members, I helped establish WomenCorporateDirectors Foundation Carolinas chapter, and served on the leadership team responsible for launching the Charlotte ATHENA awards. In the community, I serve on the advisory board of Remagen Foodservice Solutions, served as board chair for the Avondale Children’s Center and was honored with Charlotte Business Leader magazine's “Women Extraordinaire” award. Free time is spent enjoying cooking and traveling while spending time with my husband & two active boys.
