Sdl International is primarily engaged in furnishing business services, not elsewhere classified, such as bondspersons, drafting services, lecture bureaus, notaries public, sign painting, speakers' bureaus, water softening services, and auctioneering services, on a commission or fee basis.

Xenia Walters began her career with Price Waterhouse, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994. Following six years in practice she joined the corporate world and held several senior finance positions internationally and across a range of industries and sectors. Xenia is a results driven senior finance professional with an excellent track record of delivering operational and profit improvements within fast paced entrepreneurial environments and private equity backed global operations (Regus and Morgan Grenfell Private Equity). Former Finance Director of Regus UK, and a Master of Business Administration,her board level experience is underpinned by operational hands on approach. Her broad and extensive commercial experience has been developed through leading and directing functional disciplines outside of finance, such as HR, IT, procurement and operations. Xenia has been recognized for her strong communication and interpersonal skills and for building effective teams through empowering, supporting and coaching. Xenia was a mentor on the ICAEW Women in Leadership Programme .
