I’m a seasoned technology leader and strategist, with 15 years of expertise in the development, implementation, and integration of enterprise software applications, specializing in projects related to ecommerce, mobile applications, social platforms, ERP integration, and marketing automation. As the V.P. of Technology at Scentsy Inc., I currently lead the strategy and execution of the company’s design, development, implementation, and integration of leading edge enterprise software and data systems, overseeing a diverse group of application teams consisting of custom Software Development, Business Intelligence, ERP (SAP), and Business Analysts. Within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, my team provides rapid implementation and deployment of custom developed, COTS, and SaaS applications to meet the needs of all Scentsy users, consisting of ecommerce customers, corporate stakeholders, and several hundred thousand global distributors. I’ve worn many hats in my career – programmer, web designer, project manager, strategist, and department head, combined with a valuable blend of higher education with a B.S. in Computer Science and M.B.A from Santa Clara University. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and resources and able to navigate complex executive challenges.
