Strategic Partnerships Redefined partnership strategy and rebuilt the global HP partner team. Grew new business globally with HP to $110M+ per year, a compound annual growth rate of 19.5% over four years. The partnership became the largest and most successful for Symantec during that period. Sales | Service Team Development Built Ernst & Young's Atlanta cyber risk/cybersecurity consulting team in Atlanta, recruiting new talent, expanded resource capabilities, and introduced project methodology and governance structures. Grew advisory business over 200% with significant program wins such as a $15M program with a large power utility, the largest identity project for EY in Southeast. Solution-focused Methodologies Reduced average sales cycle 50%, enabled 50%+ new sales growth annually for three years in a row, and secured multiple seven figure software license deals, which supported Calico Commerce's successful IPO. Designed and instituted sales process and strategy centered around a client-focused value proposition that transformed end customer's sales margin to expand by 20%+ for customized products.
