I help them to design breakthrough service experiences, invent new business models, and bring them all to life.Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working and living in 4 countries (Canada, US, India, Brazil), and I have helped leaders tackle some of their greatest challenges in industries such as financial services, energy services, automotive, mining, manufacturing and retail. 

I have a passion for integrative approaches to human-centered design and entrepreneurship. Approaches marked by how well we collaborate beyond our existing boundaries of disciplines, and worldviews to co-create truly meaningful and innovative services for an interconnected world.
