In addition, Safariland is a leading manufacturer of bullet resistant vests for law enforcement officers in the United States and abroad.

My goal is to obtain a position where my experience and education is useful in capturing performance improvements in a low volume, high quality manufacturing environment. With excellent organizational, communication and process management skills, I strive to create an environment with strong process control and standardization. Additionally, with a high-degree of emotional flexibility, my leadership approach takes into account the team’s various perspectives to generate ideal solutions. My ideal position includes forming an intimate relationship with a product and working with the product team to deliver high-quality output while applying technical knowledge for continuous improvement. I am calm and focused by nature but consider my ability to engage coworkers and stakeholders from various backgrounds to be one of my strengths.
