With excellent organizational, communication and process management skills, I strive to create an environment with strong process control and standardization. Additionally, with a high- degree of emotional flexibility, my leadership approach takes into account the team’s various perspectives to generate ideal solutions. The ideal leadership position includes forming an intimate relationship with a product and working with the product team to deliver high-quality output while applying technical knowledge for continuous improvement. I am calm and focused by nature but consider my ability to engage coworkers and stakeholders from various backgrounds to be one of my strengths. I am highly mechanically inclined and well versed with the use of various tooling and machinery and very computer savvy.
