More than 15 years of progressively marine experience in the maintenance, repair, modification, overhaul and installation of heavy marine equipment and machinery. Experienced with DP2/DP3 Deepwater Drilling Rigs and offshore vessels. - Thoroughly experienced in all aspects of marine engineering and management on the drilling offshore units. - Strong management and leadership skills to lead all aspects of the newbuild project construction, facilitating start up process, commissioning, sea trials and are able to work collaboratively with all involved as a part of Operation Readiness Team. - Strong knowledge and understanding of drilling/marine operating systems and maintenance practices. - Experienced in troubleshooting/testing/emergency repairs with the ability to analyze and provide solutions, as well as engineering improvements on existing systems. - Experienced with major/minor overhauls, tune-ups adjustments, tear-down to rebuild. Good working knowledge in electrical systems and electronic systems. - Experienced in designing and implementing preventative maintenance programs. Fully conversant with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as SAP and AMOS. - Excellent organizational and communication skills including training.
