Almost three decades ago, I co-founded a company (REI Systems) on the core belief that small teams with people who enjoy what they do, who are empowered to direct their own work, and who are helping others learn and grow while pursuing goals that matter can produce miraculous results. This company now offers me the unique privilege to partner with public sector customers to support missions that impact millions of lives. I am proud to describe our business in two words: Results.
