Experience in Local Government from 1982 at County, Borough and Unitary Levels. Joined Reading Borough Council in April 1986, retired March 2021. Roles ranging from Programming, Project management, Programme management to overall ICT Management including ICT Stratgey and Enterprise Infrastructure Planning. Communicating at the highest levels and driving focused delivery in challenging environments with a stong focus on benefit realisation, leading large change programmes, relationship management and communications, supplier and partner relationship management.
