Career highlights:• 2015/16: created internal digital capability in RB (http://www.rb.com) across 18+ brands (e.g. Durex, Dettol, Scholl, Nurofen) and 65+ markets. Setup teams in UK, Amsterdam and Warsaw to build global Big Data and eSales platforms. 60px generating > £100m pa incremental revenue.• 2014/15: led multiple agile teams at the UK Ministry of Justice to deliver digital solutions for prison and probation services.
