Rancho Springs Medical Center is particularly proud of some recent changes and additions to our hospital campus. In January, the hospital embarked on a conversion and expansion project that includes doubling our number of general hospital beds and significant enhancements of our capabilities and amenities in areas such as obstetrics, critical care and emergency services. Phase I of the expansion project is complete, allowing greater access to medical and surgical services to residents of Southwest Riverside County. By the fall, when we complete enhancements and structural changes, Rancho Springs will become a fully functional 96-bed acute care hospital. Rancho Springs Medical Center is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. At Rancho Springs, more than 500 employees are dedicated to making your stay at our hospital the best that it can possibly be. More than 240 physicians, encompassing a wide range of specialties, enjoy privileges at our facility. More than 60 volunteers are members of our Auxiliary.
