Lisa Malloy is a multi-dimensional C-Level Executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership roles with Fortune 50 companies in consumer products, retail, distribution, manufacturing, specialty chemicals, and flooring sectors. She has demonstrated core competencies to create and articulate a vision, gain buy-in, develop an execution model, deliver results, and manage positive change in both B2C as well as B2B environments. She has had profit and loss responsibility in her last four roles, successfully drawing on strengths as a strategic thinker, collaborative team builder and leader, and savvy marketer. Lisa currently leads the Consumer Products division of a manufacturer of irrigation, integrated control systems, and other related lawn and garden products. Prior to this role, Lisa was the President of the retail division of Zep Inc., a $700 million publically traded specialty chemical company, whose customer base includes major retailers such as Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Office Depot and Advance Auto Parts. During her tenure Lisa has led the turnaround of a stagnant business, generating year over year top-line growth and created a pipeline of new products and an innovation process where none existed previously. Prior to this role, Lisa was a Senior Merchant with The Home Depot, where she had profit and loss responsibility for the $1.7 billion soft flooring and installation supplies business. Lisa contemporized the product assortment and simplified the buying process, gaining market share, increasing average ticket, and expanding gross margin. Her early career was with E. I. DuPont in a variety of progressive developmental roles in general management, sales and marketing, business strategy, manufacturing, supply chain, and information technology.
