Where visual impairment is one of the 10 most frequent causes of disability in the United States, I have also developed and successfully implemented for the first time a vision plan for over 3000 employees with the purpose to support them with a benefit that meets the employees’ cost and objectives. Responsible for coordinating employee benefits and providing guidance and assistance to more than 75 company locations on various employee benefits plans. Manage the design and development of tools to assist employees in benefits selection, and to guide managers through benefits decisions.
