My passion lies in developing and commercializing innovative technologies that will transform life science research and standard-of-care in healthcare. I am an experienced product leader and entrepreneur with commercialization and leadership experience within both startup and large life sciences companies. After completing my Ph.D. and MBA-equivalent masters degrees, I co-founded Zephyrus Biosciences (acquired by ProteinSimple) to commercialize a single-cell resolution western blotting technology that gives powerful insights into heterogeneity in cancer and other diseases. I now lead product management and business development for the Western business unit at Bio-Techne where I continue following my passions by leading efforts to drive double digit revenue growth for our innovative analytical platforms through product, applications, and commercial strategies. My number one guiding light is working with the best teams and people. I also love giving back to my community and fellow start-up founders through mentoring.
