Prodégé operates a leading customer loyalty rewards program, Swagbucks.com, and other digital businesses.Participated as part of senior management team in sale of Shopzilla, Inc. to E.W. Scripps for $525+ million in June 2005. Joined Fandango, Inc. in October 2006 and helped negotiate successful sale to Comcast in April 2007.
