I have spent the last twenty three plus years as a Supervisor, Manager, and now Regional Manager. My experience has taught me to adapt to any environment. I believe in Being Better. Not trying to be better than anyone else. Trying to be better than I was the day before. I take pride in employee development. Several of them have replaced me in a position as I got promoted or moved to different locations. Prior to my experience with manufacturing, I owned an electrical contracting business for three years working with residential and commercial customers.
