Brenda is the Regional Director of Human Resources for POSSIBLE, she has over twenty years’ of experience achieving challenging business objectives. She leads the Human Resources team to provide excellent internal client service in the US. Prior to POSSIBLE, Brenda was the Director of Human Resources for Bridge Worldwide (Bridge), overseeing employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management and appraisals, compensation, benefits, recruitment, training and development, workers’ compensation, federal, state and local regulations, and employee policies and procedures. Brenda played a huge role in growing Bridge from 35 employees to over 300 employees between 2002 and 2011, while ranking among the Top 25 Best Places to Work in America by the Great Place to Work Institute for five consecutive years.
