Experienced Procurement Manager and Chartered Management Accountant, CIMA Qualified and CIPS at Associate level. Currently I am leading the Regional Procurement Packaging team for UK and Europe, managing a team of five. Results driven, target oriented with analytical mind and excellent knowledge of Supply Chain and Finance. Experience in source to contract activity across the Direct and Indirect Spend areas. Have previously lead large and complex projects, working closely with stakeholders and delivered on target. Experience in food and beverage, mainly on Category Management of Direct Materials Spend, Ingredients and Packaging materials, as well as experience in Indirect Procurement. I have also been part of the lead team for outsourcing projects in the area of Logistics and third party services, such as distribution, warehousing, fleet maintenance, cooler maintenance. Experience in Capex projects, car leasing tenders, haulage tenders and other indirect activities. I have been heavily involved in cost reduction and cost saving programs across all types of packaging with focus on optimization and removal of no value adding specifications or processes. Have been leading process re-engineering, value engineering projects, been involved in contract negotiation and contract management, contract drafting, risk management and business continuity programs. Spend under management circa £100ml. Transformation and change leader, strategic partner. Prior to being a Procurement Manager I had led the Business Planning Forecasting and Financial Reporting for Coca Cola Hellenic based in Cyprus. A key aspect was to provide in depth financial analysis to the projected business performance for key decision making and direction steering.
