I build brands. I help clients identify “who” they are and “what” they stand for/do best and how to describe their offering in a way that (1) reflects their brand personality and values and (2) is different from or superior to competitors’ offerings. I draft business plans. I help clients assess the marketplace and trends, what clients do and don’t have going for them compared to competitors, and who the right targets are demographically and psychographically. I help clients set realistic but ambitious strategic and financial objectives and recommend the kinds of marketing tactics (plus their costs and timing) that will be most efficient and effective. I draft and edit copy/content. I help clients create communications that reflect their brand and are coherent, credible, consistent and will connect with the targets. I also help select the right social and traditional media vehicles and channels to reach targets at the right time and with the right mindset.
