I spent most of my professional career in the medical devices industry and gathered “hands-on” knowledge in leadership, international product marketing, product management, portfolio and innovation management, digital transformation, as well as project management. I like dynamic, challenging, high-tech environments that offer significant growth potentials and am willing to go the extra mile (and beyond) to be successful. In my first assignment as product manager, in 2004 I launched "Savia", a true "turn-around" product family that turned Phonak from a niche player into a leading hearing solution provider. Later, as "product group leader", we launched Exelia, the first wireless hearing aid family. In 2008, we successfully launched "Sona hearing", a third brand within the Sonova group that applied totally new and so far unseen business practices. These solutions were then incorporated into Unitron, the second biggest hearing aid brand of Sonova. In 2014, my team and I launched the Venture platform, the most sophisticated hearing aid family in the industry that provided significant growth and commercial success to the group. Recently, I got the challenging assignment to drive the digital transformation and put "eSolutions" into the "mainstream focus" of Sonova.
