With over a decades experience managing IT functions in professional services, preceded by a number of years managing outsourced support and infrastructure teams, I have a broad and yet thorough understanding of the commercial, technical and cultural challenges faced by technology teams and consumers of the products. My focus is delivering robust and effective IT systems, in addition to delivering the tactical programme of works required to achieve the firm’s strategic goals. As a member of the management board, I contributes to the development and implementation of the firm’s strategy as well as the operational management of the firm. The implementation of strategic products has resulted in my team and I working directly with clients to deliver bespoke services, helping introduce efficiencies into their legal processes and strengthening relationships with the firm. Strategically minded, I keep abreast of changes in the market and how the use of technology can overcome challenges faced by businesses. I believe that the development of individuals to achieve their potential is paramount to building and maintaining a successful team. With an appetite for solving problems and enthusiasm for delivering solutions that work best for an organisation, I have managed and directed the delivery of many technical solutions that have helped enhance market position, deliver more efficient working practices and increase stability.
