As CEO of GLORY Sports International, in under 1 year, he more than tripled media rights revenues and took the brand from a virtual unknown, to become the third-ranked combat sports competitor, only behind Bellator and UFC. His strategy touched every facet of the organization, from upgrading the marketing and public relations campaigns, to substantially improving the media production and content programming, which then opened the door to negotiations with Viacom’s Spike TV, and resulted in a multi-year contract with Viacom. Andrew’s ability to quickly harness a sprawling organization with offices in Amsterdam, London, Singapore and New York speaks to his industry expertise and tactical knowledge of which changes will have maximum impact to achieve the desired result. As the President & EVP of the NYSE-listed, WWE, he was the driving force behind the global powerhouse that the property has become, by establishing its international presence through the negotiation of numerous sizable, multi-platform international media rights agreements, and the implementation/execution of integrated cross-divisional programs.
