As a legal operations professional, I have several years experience with organizational design and management, vendor management, outside counsel spend, cultural improvement, people management, associate engagement, process improvement and technology implementation, all to help the legal department operate more efficiently and effectively. As an attorney with numerous years in the legal industry, I am experienced counsel on corporate issues concerning information technology, intellectual property, marketing, consumer packaged goods and internal and consumer facing operations, I have vast experience handling a large volume of clients, contracts and other matters simultaneously, helping to achieve targeted goals while minimizing risks.
