PACE Center for Girls, Inc. is a nationally recognized and research based model that features a balanced emphasis on academics and social services with a focus on the future for middle and high-school aged girls and young women.

Matthew Parks is an IT Professional, Consultant, IT Instructor and Presenter. An IT professional since 1995, he has many industry recognized certifications. He works as the Director of Information Services for PACE Center for Girls, Inc., a nationally recognized state-wide prevention program for adolescent at-risk girls. In his role as Director of IS, Matthew oversees PACE's IT and BI departments for 20 PACE location across Florida. Matthew advises the Executive Leadership Team, the 19 PACE Executive Directors, and PACE staff members and provides cutting edge, safe, and reliable technology services to support our mission - Believing in the Empowerment Girls. Matthew has supported varies software, OS's and hardware for a multitude for clients, ranging from individual customers to small businesses to enterprises. Since coming to PACE, Matthew managed the tech migration of 18 independent voice and data networks into a single unified VoIP/MPLS network, increasing WAN speeds 10 fold. He led PACE's upgrade of all data-center, remote sites and users to modern computer hardware, while migrating to Windows 8, Office 2010 and Server 2012, and building a modern IT department, all in an 8 month period. He is an energetic Technology presenter who is as enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge as he is dedicated and evangelistic about his craft. Matthew currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida and is a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce IT Council Board of Directors.
