Optimum 7 is an internet company which specializes in marketing, design, eCommerce and custom programming.

I am a Google Analytics Certified web project manager with an MBA degree in both Marketing and International Business. My primary responsibility requires me to collaborate with and lead a team of web designers, web developers, marketers and copywriters to efficiently carry projects forward. I mainly oversee web design, custom programming and digital marketing projects that vary in size and budget. My main objective is to ensure all project stakeholders happy while pushing our team to stay within scope and budget (an obvious one, right?). One of the things I love about my job and company is that it exposes me to many clients from different industries and backgrounds. And, since I have to undertake so many different projects at the same time (another perk of working for a smaller company), it teaches me to work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks at the same time (trained among the toughest, what can I say?). My job requires me to be extremely familiar with many of the e-commerce platforms out there such as Volusion, Wordpress and Magento as well as latest trends in design and marketing. I have basic HTML and CSS skills, but I’ve acquired a great understanding of the web development life cycle. I think one of my greatest strengths lies in my ability to get along and work well with people that have very different personalities. (For example, interacting with a web developer usually requires a different approach than communicating with a marketer or a client!) I also spearheaded an important company project: I led a team of awesome coworkers to come up with multiple processes for our company, such as the Opt7 Efficiency Book, Web Design Project Survey for Opt7 Clients, and Checklists to ensure protocol has been followed. Aside from my passion for my job, I love traveling and being exposed to new cultures. I am an outdoor enthusiast (you will occasionally see me biking or rollerblading on South Beach.) I am also learning to tango these days.
