I am a dynamic executive/senior manager who has a track record of strong leadership and positive impact at both large and small companies. I have been fortunate throughout my career to have been exposed to many unique events, including multiple merger, acquisition, and conversion initiatives, as well as industry changes that have required constant innovation and product enhancement/rollout. Have also helped develop and manage governance and support programs for Third Party Payment Processors, Currency Exchanges, as well as other niche lines of business. My focus and passions are in developing people to ensure a happy and high functioning company culture, in operational excellence, continuous improvement, risk management, innovation, and customer-centric approaches to product management and ongoing customer service. In my career, both past and present, I have successfully overseen multiple business units, implemented and supported numerous products and services for both company and customer use, and consistently helped define and execute strategic business initiatives.
